Roto-moulding can come in all shapes & sizes, depending on the project. Whether the product requires a single Polyethylene shot, double or even applying a three-shot system our team of engineers specialises in this procedure.

This is carried out within the roto-moulding process, the timing of each shot is crucial for the product to have the structural integrity that is required for its purpose.

Some products require the ability to connect to other components, there are a wide range of mould inserts available as standard, or we can manufacture a custom design if necessary.

This is all discussed and agreed at the initial design stage.
